    1. Wubba lubba dub dub Another wonderfully bizarre and deranged Rick and Morty comic The first half of this volume is a story about a Morty who becomes a mad dictator in a Rick less universe, followed by an installment of Ball Fondlers and a rather twisted spin on a classic and wholesome Christmas story.Just as good as volume one, but still not quite as good as the show Fans of the animated series will love this.

    2. It s like a typical episode of Rick and Morty, only with Jerry fucking up even than usual and it s amazing This volume has a solid story with Morty taking over a universe without any Ricks in it, plus the Blumbus issue is just one of the greatest things you will ever read Definitely worth picking up if you re a fan of the show, it will fill the Rick and Morty void until the new season Plus all the awards, Rick, just take um all.

    3. I am going to keep this review rather short this is, after all, a Rick and Morty comic, not Kierkegaard Rick and Morty go to a dimension where there are no Ricks Morty this dimension s has become a dictator and Summer leads the resistance This is the primary story It is funny and the art Well it looks like Rick and Morty So if you re a fan of the hilarious cartoon, then this comic will make you chuckle If this show isn t for you then neither is the comic book. There are some other short stories o [...]

    4. Loved the Blumbus strip and the Ball Fondlers special Overall I d say volume 2 might be a little better than the already fine volume 1.

    5. More zaniness from the Rick Morty crew, this one I found as entertaining as the first volume also reviewed here on GR.

    6. To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Rick and Morty The humour is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer s head There s also Rick s nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation his personal philosophy draws heavily from Narodnaya Volya literature, for instance The fans understand this stuff they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to re [...]

    7. 5 5 similar humor to the show which was really nice We get a chapter all about Ball Fondlers, so maybe soon we ll get a volume about Two Brothers.

    8. Pleasantly surprised by how well the series transitioned into comic form Fun, funny, clever, bizarre And it gives good attention to the development of the characters, too.

    9. I originally read something that I thought was called Rik and Morty book 1 Then I got this, Rik and Morty Volume 2 And it has some of the same stories as in the other book I read Not sure on what the deal is Anyway, it contained good Rik and Morty adventures and I certainly enjoyed it.

    10. If you like the show you ll like the comics Only downside was the art style changed half way through I thought of it as a different universe and kept going.

    11. Wubba Lubba Dub Dub, Y all I swear, Rick and Morty is just pure comedy gold I just absolutely adore the shit outta this show and now graphic novel series So, this reads like your typical Rick and Morty episode, the only difference being that Jerry fucks things up on a whole other level Yeah, that s right, Jerry You should be ashamed of yourself This was not only a really fun issue, but a kind of important one too If you consider Rick and Morty to be super important in your life like I do at leas [...]

    12. I couldn t get my hands on volume one soooooo we re starting here.Ridiculously wonderful, as all Rick and Morty stories are. This volume is split up between the first story which is some awkward Neo future punk dimension with some quiet Terminator undertones and Akira overtones, and the seconds story that has a few short stories jammed in the middle of it which is a weird cannibal Alien Christmas. The first story is very engrossing, it sucks you in pretty fast with action and a secret plot The sec [...]

    14. More of the same as Volume 1 still as funny as the episodes Seen here A 3 part arc involving a dimension that had no Rick Morty is an evil tyrant, Summer leads the resistance, Jerry is still an idiot the obscure references to steampunk culture and the cracks about Sega Game Gear still laughing One issue involving the Ball Fondlers , which turns out to be a commercial on interdimensional cable not great A hilarious holiday special about Blumbus , a type of Christmas where the point is to invite a [...]

    15. Those who can t wait for new Rick and Morty episodes should definitely check out the comics The series is very similar to the beloved TV show In this volume, Rick and Morty travel to another dimension where there s never been a Rick and that universe s Morty is a dictator There s also a chapter dedicated to one of the shows introduced to us from the episode Rixty Minutes which was fun to read Elisa This comic is best for older teens and adults

    16. A few stories, mostly kinda shorter The one longer story is where shit hits the fan in a cyber dimension the reason for the 2 mortys on the cover.2 side stories are about Blumbus christmas It has a couple fun twists 1 side story is from the vantage of a tv show that Rick and Morty are watching, I wasn t a big fan of that one And a quick short with scary terry that was funny. Not my favorite volume, but still keeps to the humor of the show.

    17. The main story is pretty cool, but I think my favourite is the short story A Very Special Blumbus They ve % d out b h, making it appropriate for teens, despite the usual ultra violence 4.2 Stars

    18. Putting aside the humor and absurdity, RM excel at exploring science fiction tropes from time travel to the multiverse in fresh and imaginative ways Plus, all the humor and absurdity I just put aside.

    19. 3.5 5Unfortunately, a couple of issues were duds, usually because they choose to focus on completely new characters Plus, the art just didn t look right I seem to remember the first volume nailing the look of the show But A Very Special Blumbus was worth it all

    20. After two volumes, while these are entertaining, I don t feel that this materiel works as well in print form as it does in animation What especially suffers in this format are the improv alternate reality tv show and commercial episodes.

    21. Chapter 1 3 was the best with the one reality that doesn t have a Rick and evil Morty So great The whole thing was pretty much awesome though including the alternate Christmas universe and Jessica s dream Love the callouts like Scary Terry and the poop eating Rick.

    22. Main story was great but, giving 4 stars this time because The ball Fondlers special felt like a lazy way to fill extra pages I m honestly not reading Rick and Morty to read about completely random characters that I don t know or care about That s my only beef with this volume.

    23. BCDER 82I love the show which indicates I may never really grow up This second volume, like the first, captures the voice of the show perfectly It s a nice diversion as we wait on the next season Andrew MacLean s guest appearance via a Ball Fondlers episode was a nice surprise.
